The 2027 conference in Iceland marks a significant milestone for the International Marcé Society community, bringing together the European Marcé Chapters to host the first European Marcé Conference. This development builds on the success of the biannual Nordic Marcé conference, convening members from across Europe to strengthen collaboration, enhance scientific exchange, and create a larger platform for advancing research and clinical practice in perinatal mental health.

By unifying the Nordic and European chapters, the conference will bring together researchers, clinicians, policy-makers, and people with lived experience from across Europe and beyond. The joint format offers expanded networking opportunities, a richer scientific programme, and greater possibilities for interdisciplinary collaboration.
